ComeBack to TrainerRoad

Good day,

I haven’t been using TrainerRoad for years now, as I had a personal trainer.
Is there a way to get some free days again, to have a look at all the changes that were done?

I have read about the new AI Training(Plans?) and a special question regarding this.
How does the AI handle illness?
For example: If I am sick for 2 weeks how will the AI handle the comeback? Will it do some LIT sessions for the first days? Or will it continue as planned and kick in some HIT if they were there before the illness?

Thank you so far

There are no free days or trials anymore. They do offer a 30-day money back guarantee as their option to try and get $ back if not happy with the results.

Hey there, and welcome back!

@mcneese.chad already nailed it with the resources he linked, but I wanted to let you know we’re generally pretty generous with the 30-day money-back guarantee. As it’s been a while since you last used TR, I bet a lot has changed, and we’d be happy to let you use the refund policy should you choose to do so – though we hope you’ll enjoy getting faster so much that you won’t!

Feel free to reach out to me or TR Support with any other questions you may have!

You’ll want to look up Progression Levels.

In short, the AI would keep the same planned workout types, but drop back how hard they are.
