Comparing same workout at different points in time

Is there a way to compare the workout I did today vs. the last one or two times I did the same workout. I can’t seem to find a way to do this other than manually scrolling through the calendar to find it. I just find it interesting to see differences in fitness over time. As an example when I started TR and compare Warlow now compared to Warlow 18 months ago I notice my FTP is up 20 yet my average heart rate is down 15 bpm and max is down almost 20.

Yes but seems to be on the website version only and it is also a bit long winded. It would be a nice feature to access it on the calendar page.

If you go to all workouts, search for the workout you have done, once you select it scroll down and you’ll see: “Workout Variations”, “My Rides” and “All Rides”. Under “My Rides” it will give all of those same workouts you have completed with the usual high level detail. TSS,IF, NP.

I agree a side by side comparison would be a cool tool to see improvement or area for further growth

I use the overlay feature available in golden cheetah to do this exact thing.
