Finished a ride today. After it was complete the app locked up on checking for adaptions. Reset the app and now it’s not showing as completed.
Anyway I mark it complete? Not wanting to do it again today 
Probably best to email support@trainerroad.com directly so they can review the background logs and give best steps next.

Give it time it’ll pop up later. Same thing happened to me today.

Ditto! It happened to me at circa 7.30pm and by 9pm its back up again!
Hey ya’ll, there was a server outage earlier, backing up our ride processing. This is now resolved and any affected rides should be reprocessed.
Try relaunching the app if you’re still not seeing the ride. If it’s still not there, give us a shout at support@trainerroad.com and we’ll take a deeper look.
