Lately, Ive been struggling to stay disciplined and get an entire TR workout done to the specified intensity. So I started to wear my favorite bibs, socks, and cap to get me amped up. Anyone else do this?
Any tips on staying disciplined (adhering to the training program) for the coming CX season (starting September, 2019) when you’ve been training since February?
