COVID-19 Disaster Day?

Just as the season was about to start races are canceled, group rides canceled, millions of people on lockdown. With a real disaster going on it would be the perfect time for an early Disaster Day 2020.

I’m hoping my A race in juin doesn’t get canceled but if it does I’ll do a disaster or - 2 at least.

I think we can look to do something of an event again. I want to tackle Rockhouse sometime, and this might be a good option along with the Disaster versions.

I have 2 “B” races for the last week in April and first week in May. So I’ll be looking to replace those with a stupid workout if canceled.

3h it’s a huge pain on the trainer  luckily when on lower ftp percentages Netflix gives a hand distracting from the pain.

I may do a -2 version if our local races start getting cancelled

I am 100% in, since my a races are cancelled!

Rockhouse also looks like a grand old time. Each of the races that I had planned are canceled through mid April so tackling some of the hardest TR workouts sounds like an appropriate challenge to keep me interested in training.

Count me in.

Would be fun to chat or stream on Discord for those who ride.

Yup, Discord will be part of it like the prior events for sure.

My A races are still up in the air but I’d give it a shot if they don’t work out! Honestly not even sure if I could finish it but it might be a laugh (for everyone else, at least )

Lets do it again!! Rockhouse…let me have a look at that sounds fun…

Read the thread – How does training and competing affect our immune system? – before committing to this.

My A Race is certainly in the balance so I’m on the fence but definitely interested. Rockhouse looks interesting…

I don’t think my arse could take sitting on the trainer for 3 hours.

After doing disaster last year I’d be up for rock house
Something a bit different

Can’t be worse can it…

I have done two and a half hours, once. My guess is that a quick break for a leg stretch and nature break would be perfectly acceptable.
