Hi new user here on iPhone 15pro and both times that I’ve completed a turbo session from the plan it has frozen on the summary screen. Image attached of the one I mean. Note that the ride chart is missing when it crashes.
The ride gets transferred to Strava just fine , but the summary screen refuses to respond so I have to swipe up and close the app. After restart it’s fine and the session is in the calendar as completed.
Connected to wahoo blue sc, kickr snap, and a previous gen Tickr which displayed some odd readings but I’ll make another post for that

I’ve been having the same issue lately on my iPad. It uploads to TR and Strava fine but for some reason the app becomes unresponsive and I have to close it completely.

Do you get the ride chart blank as well? I didn’t realise there was supposed to be a chart there until I accessed the ride from the calendar and got a complete summary screen.

Yes the ride chart was blank on mine as well. It’s not every ride but i’ve seen it a couple times over the past couple weeks.
Update: we were able to replicate the issue, so we’re having a look at what may be causing it

Great! I’ve had a couple of instances where the page and chart did load correctly too now
