Custom Kit Manufacturers

Looking for recommendations for kit manufacturers. Our team uses Voler so no need to include them. Please add to the list and any information you think is helpful. So far I have:

  1. Hyperthreads
  2. Pactimo
  3. Eliel
  4. Vie13
  5. Kalas

My club uses verge and as far as I’m concerned they have pretty generous pricing for good kit

Rapha does custom kits as well.

I like Pactimo bibs - just ordered another 12-hour bib - but not made in USA. Wasn’t sure if that was part of your criteria or not.

No. I edited the title and post…

Anyone deal with Kalas? Easy to deal with? Quality?

Another vote for Pactimo. Bibs are very well constructed and comfy, at least at the Summit level. I also have an Ascent aero jersey which has very nice materials. Lot of clever design touches with pockets

Do you want custom kit or are you looking to design the garments from the ground upwards?

If it’s custom kit, I can highly recommend NoPinz. We’ve just finalised setting up our Club Shop and the range of options is very impressive.

The NoPinz team were very helpful and great to work with. Whole process took just over two weeks. I did supply the initial designs so that shortened the process.

Having a Club Shop also removes the need for once a year, bulk orders.

Our team first had 7mesh jerseys and then MAAP. MAAP helped out with the design and you get quality clothes. However, on a personal note, I prefer 7mesh bib shorts by a kilometer, and the old kit matches my bike much better.

Thanks. Just custom kit for a team store in the fall.

As can I, their jerseys are brilliant and post sales support brilliant - needed a repair and got some aero socks as an apology.

Mt. Borah has done our team kits a few times. I like their stuff. Jerseys and accessories are fine. Make sure to get the best chamois they have in the bibs. Their bibs aren’t Assos quality but for the price they are pretty good.

Jakroo - one big advantage is lots of different cuts - race, slim, regular, etc. - so good if you have team members of different sizes.

Dunno about availability in the US, but my club uses Bioracer and its top quality and not super expensive. They do a few WT teams. There’s also a few companies using their stuff re-branded, like Stolen Goat.

Did Rapha custom jerseys this season and they are quite nice. $150/ea for an order of 5.
