Shimano is making it increasingly difficult to get parts. Can’t get them locally, with entire models not available in many countries, and they have this ridiculous barrier to importing.
It seems the best place to get Shimano is Alibaba!

Off topic and not a meme, but I have to share my Skittles story…
I was hiking the Appalachian Trail and staring at the ground because that’s what you do. Saw a Skittle sorta embedded in some dirt / mud. Immediately reached down, gave it a half wipe, and ate it. Made my day.
In my defense, I was about 30 lbs (20 kg) BELOW my ideal bicycling weight so calories were badly needed. Other hikers would routinely offer me food they’d carried up mountains, that’s how bad I looked.
