If you watched the Two Ronnies back in the day you would know that my Cateye 1200 front light puts out 300 fork handles.
Also - cycling in km just melts my brain. Probably why I never took up audax.

Erhmm… A metric tonne has an ne on the end of ton…and it’s a measure of 1000…not 100… y’all gonna crash another space probe

Ah but if he posted “metric tonne” the metric would be extraneous, so I say it is correct to say “metric ton” to indicate it is the metric version of an imperial ton. But not of equivalent weight obviously.
