i have a 12 yo italian carbon frame that i got mounted with campy back in the day. And all italian finishing kit.
Wouldn’t accept anything else. Oh the pain, to pay more to get the hub for a new tacx trainer. To get a new set of handlebars. To address compatibility with the N+1, etc…

A lot of people just dont seem to get it…
Personally know people with that exact parts build who have consistently ridden at the same average speed for the last 3 years and made no progress and wonder why lol
