Deals / Sales / Discounts for Cycling "Stuff" (2023)

I have one xcadey as well, cannot recommend it.
First unit was defective, had it replaced under warranty.
Replacement is working fine, but in the time since I got it, it seemed like Xcadey was unresponsive for other buyers having issues.

Now they seem to have a new range of updated spiders, but the previous experience left a bad taste with me.

Can’t find this deal.

Waiting for Assioma pedals to go on sale. I love mine but I hate switching back and forth between by tri bike and road bike, especially since they are different crank lengths.

Looks like it has disappeared. I posted the link above, but it 404’s now. Someone at ENVE must have deleted it.

Anyone have an idea were to look for best deals on Favero Asioma Duo’s for a US buyer? In the US there are limited carriers of Favero. I plan on checking Competitive Cyclist, Power Meter City, and the Pro’s Closet??? Is ordering outside the US an option? I know it is, but do you get hit with import fees or are there carriers where you won’t? For instance anyone know about buying direct from Favero? Just trying to be prepared as the $769 street price in the US is pretty steep and I am hoping there will be a big discount somewhere for the prepared.

Not an issue at all. I ordered from Favero directly and they got to me inside a week. No import fees.

$653 at Chain Reaction Cycles and there shouldn’t be any duty to worry about under $800.

It’s a pretty good price, but I would wait a bit. In the past Favero Black Friday sales have been quite good. As in well under $600 for the Duo.

Woa, they have tubes with an NFC Chip that acts as TPM? Might be worth it for 25% off for the tech curious?

Just an update for Wahoo POWRLINK Zero Dual Sided power pedals. REI had them for $799.00 (posted above) but now are out of stock and website shows regular price of $999 again.

They popped up at $719.00 at https://www.wheatridgecyclery.com/ a few days back. Not seeing anything cheaper I pulled the trigger at that price. It looks like they are now gone from that site as well.

Maybe something else will pop up for those looking for them, but the deals on these pedals don’t seem to be going as low as they had in the past. As of right now they don’t appear to be on sale on Wahoo’s site either.

Last I saw, it didn’t work well. You’ve got to find the NFC chip, it doesn’t scan easily with the app, and the reading is off.
Also, TPU tubes don’t work well. Usually they leak at a seam or you’ve got a slightly wrong size and it breaks.

A post was merged into an existing topic: New Zwift Hub One Trainer (Oct. 2023)

Does the Garmin Edge usually go on sale in this period of the year? I have a Wahoo LMNT v1 which is still working quite well, but I’m not sure for how much longer, and I’m on a whim for the new Edge 540…

It does. I keep reminding myself that it’s still not even Black Friday yet. So many things on sale do to oversupply in the industry, but the true BF deals may not have been announced yet.
