Do the FTP Ramp or just use Progression?

Hi All,

My last FTP Ramp was in the Spring and over the summer, based on intervals.icu, my FTP held pretty much steady, maybe down a few watts.

Now that I’m back on my trainer for the winter. Should I do a FTP Ramp or just follow the Recommended workouts and Progression Levels?

It’s best to start with a Ramp test.
