I’m supplementing my polarised plan with races on zwift, does adaptive training account for this additional stress when making adaptations? I couldn’t find a direct answer to this in the search.
Thanks

Not at this time, but it’s in active development (as referenced in podcast 346).
Just to add to this question, I noticed that you can now include rides in the TR plan which aren’t A, B, or C events. I’m planning to use this for my outdoor group rides. As these rides will be in the plan, would AT adjust the TR rides to take account of these rides? For instance, if I have a big TSS day would my next scheduled TR ride be tweaked slightly easier?
no, adaptive training currently doesn’t adjust for tss, if you do a big ride and can’t do the next workout you’ll just have to skip it and have AT readjust based on the skipping
