Does my TR plan get me to my goal?

I’ve been riding for 2.5 years, and did my first structured program with TR last winter. My FTP increased from 215 last October to 239 heading into this spring, and is currently at 262 after a lot of riding over this summer. I’m doing SSB medium volume 1 and 2, then Jan and Feb are the 8 week general build. My question is- is this plan enough work to get me above my goal of 300 FTP by March, or should I move to the high volume plans? @Nate_Pearson

Short answer:

Nice gains! No way of knowing until you try it, but I’d definitely start with Mid Volume and see how that goes before launching into High Volume.
