I follow a TrainerRoad training plan. For today was a 2h-workout in the calendar. I only slept this night for 5.5 hours (after a party) and the Garmim Forerunner showed a training readiness of 2 this morning, which was no surprise. But I was surprised that Trainerroad adapted today’s training to 45 minutes and a really flat stage. Does TR get my condition from Garmin?
No, TR does not use anything more than imported activities from Garmin.
