Hey guys,
As the topic suggests my new chain which is the same length as the one it replaces in links has started dropping when I try and put a burst of power down.
Front derailer looks to be spot on.
Any other ideas?
Thanks heaps in advance!
Could be worn chainring not playing ball with a new chain. If not could be cross chaining, derailleur needs an adjustment (front out to appropriate clearance or B on rear).
Did you measure ‘wear’ on the old chain? How worn is rest of groupset? What gear combos is it dropping off from?

For most chains these days it doesn’t matter which way you put them on. But some chains have the shifting ramps only on one side. Maybe you have one of those and put it on the wrong way round?
