Ew. i hate this. I don’t think you’re doing yourself any favors by fasting in the mornings. unless you’re sleeping till noon.
Well, since I’m eating a lot post workout at 11 pm were really only looking at 12-14 hours fasted nothing crazy, and I’ve refueled post work out. I’ll eat if I’m starving but there are some benefits to fasting, mostly it probably reduces overall daily calorie consumption.
Sorry, no, this is no option for me. I would find such early morning sacrifice unhealthy for me and my family for sure.
