Empty workout plan calendar

Got it – I just made some edits to your plan and it looks like you should be back where you were previously. You’re now in Base 3 instead of Base 1, which sounds about right if you started your plan in early August. The rest of your plan’s settings should also be the same as they were before.

Keep in mind that it’s normal for your workouts to change as you progress through your plan – Adaptive Training will recommend changes for you based on your current fitness. The workouts on your TR Calendar in the coming months may give you an idea of what lies ahead in your training, but those workouts aren’t set in stone and may change by the time you reach them.

We recently updated our Plan Builder (more info on those updates here), and it seems like this issue you ran into may have popped up with those changes. I’m going to report this case to the team that worked on that update so they can dig into things a bit more and get a fix out.
