I was just wondering what people’s favourite workout is when they find they have a spare day to squeeze one in or short of time and want a quicker workout.

In general, these are meant to be ridden and completed a short time before your official start.
Something around 5 to 30 minutes if possible.
These can be done on a trainer or rollers at the event pits.
Or you can approximate them by pre-riding the course if possible.

For clarity, those posts were made by me, but the content is largely pulled from the TR AACC podcasts and the related text from the TR Workout library. I just worked to pull them into quick access posts related to the usual intended purpose.
