I had mentioned this to Keagan B. already via a support chat with him on a different topic, but thought it be useful to also place it here as well:
As we know Core training is/or should also be an integral part of the cycling training and is (too) often neglected (me included), I would find it useful, if TR could incorporate Core training into the various adaptive training plans right away to have the right balance between cycling and stability/flexibility training from the beginning.
It could be differentiated between beginner /advanced option and also consider the training plan phase (base, build, and so on), so you have a gradual development from pre-season to peak season prep.
Here are a couple of existing requests that are directly related or tangential. TR reps may consider merging these due to the similarities of some/all as they see fit.
