Sometimes I’ll need to change the length of a planned workout due to life getting in the way/giving me more time. So, for instance, on Thursday I have a 1hr 30 threshold in the plan but will probably only be able to fit in 1hr.
I can choose a 1hr workout from alternates, but this gives me a full range of options, and I’m left wondering to what extent I should be trying to match/alter the PL or IF of the original workout, if at all, to compensate for the change in volume. Or, as will probably happen, just picking the one I like the look of!
It would be nice if, when choosing a different length workout, the AI could highlight one that best fits with your current plan - so almost what WOULD have been in the plan had 1hr always been your available time when the plan was created.
