I’ve made many gains with TR over the years, but one thing I still feel there is big room for improvement is explosive, short duration sprint power. I’m getting at 5s - 30s on the Power Duration Curve. I would love it if they would make a four or eight week plan fully focused on sprints to sharpen the blade going into race season.
