The subject includes my full idea, but here’s an imaginary scenario to illustrate my thoughts:
Imagine I’ve had a big training week so far, and I’ve reached Friday. I was originally scheduled for a sweet spot workout Saturday and rest or endurance days Sunday and Monday. I go too deep Friday, so I get a red light, and TR wants to swap the Saturday workout for a rest day. It would be really neat if it offered to move that workout to Sunday, giving me the opportunity to do the work while still giving me rest when I need it.
I’m willing to bet there are plenty of other low-volume and/or masters athletes who’d love this option.
