You will suffer for sure! But is not like you cant change the intensity if it needed…

The progression levels will hopefully be released today - maybe you can look for lower level versions and ease yourself into the next stage of the plan.

Its kinda like jumping into a cold pool, at first it sucks, but then it starts feeling better and better. Just remember your making gains while you do these workouts.
The 234 was my first ever, 273 my second, after 6 weeks SS base.
