Used to be a toast with jam and an espresso to wake up and get going.
Pre-Covid-19 I’ve done my workouts in the morning. All of them were on an empty stomach. If I had time, I’d brew myself a cup of coffee, though.

Glass of water after waking up at 4:30am and maybe gel if working more than 60 mins - it speeds up my morning routine to just dressing up and going down to my paincave at 5:00am. You’re fine for 60-90 mins workouts on your internal (muscles & liver) glycogen reserves.
I stock the day before. I have a heavy meal with lots of carbs and proteins. And typically, I eat some extra carbs in the evening, for instance muesli with yoghurt.
In the morning, just a banana, coffee, and liquids to get my system going. I need to wake up a bit, so when I wake up super early for bike ride (6am in my case), I need 30-60mins before I start to train.
