@tomski86 haha, yeah I said “only 4w/kg” because it seems to be a level that mortals can reach with consistent training. Whereas the 5.5 w/kg I would need to hit that 360 FTP will probably only happen in my dreams.
@AndyGajda that is a good point. I will add the strength training back in this fall and winter and will do low reps to increase strength. If I happen to put on a few pounds of muscle, I’ll see if my theory holds true.
