Hello!
I have used my Garmin vector 2S with TrainerRoad/Zwift on my PC with an ANT+ antenna. I use a Tacx Flux trainer. On my last session, there was a problem with the power meter showing huge numbers (250-500w with normal pedalling), so I tried an unsuccessfull calibration. I saw that the power meter wasn’t blinking, I then changed the battery - all good. I did a successfull calibration. When the session started though, I was producing 0 watts. The cadence was working, so the session started, but there was ZERO watts… Whats wrong? 
Need to set vector angles and calibrate with Garmin head unit. Then all works. Happened to me tonight!
