Hey all. Seems like I hit a wall this week. Each workout was a struggle from the beginning with today being the one that beat my like a Cherokee drum. (Monitor +5) Nutrition, recovery, training has all been responsible.
Normally the workouts feel good and the last few intervals really start to tax me. I’m about a week and half out of recovery week and before a B race.
Any ideas or tips how to get through this lull or should I just fantasize about taking @Nate_Pearson ’s KOM’s and take on underwater basket weaving?
