I just found out that I have a bone spur off the top of my right knee cap. It rubs the big old quad tendon stretches over it. It is extremely painful.
I had it checked out at an ortho-urgiCare. I guess I will get up to the university ortho docs for a final verdict and options.
As I understand, bone spurs tend to come back - surgery outcome typically is not positive…?
Has anyone else experienced this?
