Have any of you good people used Join Ladder as a gym app?

The importance of resistance training etc has been drilled into us all, and this app https://www.joinladder.com/ is apparently quite decent. And it pushes workouts directly to Strava apparently.

The challenge - as ever - is managing the effort next to riding :man_shrugging:

Anyways, any reports on it or alternative suggestions would be most welcome - thank you.
