Have you guys considered adding in stretching into the programmes?

Just wondering if you have thought about adding in stretching into that programmes?
I just jump on you tube and do some of the dynamic stretching ones (just the freebies) but surely would be a relatively easy but very positive addition to the set up.

It would be good also if the app could have some fast food delivered to me by the time my ride is over.

Haha point taken… But it’s something personally if enjoy and surely the more stuff combined within the one programme the better no?

I would rather they focus on nailing the cycling portion before adding a bunch of other stuff.
