When knocking out a VO2 workout with 30 sec intervals the first ten seconds are spent ramping up the resistance. Anybody with experience riding the sb20 know of a way to get the resistance to change quicker?
Just don’t use erg mode on the SB20 for short intervals. Use the “front” shifter to make it jump 4-5 steps if you’re using the dream drive.
