Help with getting erg mode

Hi everyone
My smart trainer will not use erg mode with trainer road but when i use zwift it works. I have a Thinkrider X5-2 Neo. So if some one knows anything that can help me. Please help me

Per some mentions in a related thread, it may not be compatible in ERG mode.
