Hi everyone
How can I find STS and LTS average (days) for GoldenCheetah setting?

Don’t bother changing the “LTS” (CTL) time constant. Neither Banister’s original impulse-response model nor my Performance Manager approach are very sensitive to the value that you choose.
Altering the “STS” (ATL) time constant will have a bigger effect - consider going shorter if your races are longer/depend less on neuromuscular power, and vice-versa if the opposite is true.
(Note: the default starting values should be 7 and 42 d, respectively. I don’t know why your screen capture shows 6 and 49.)
I’m wondering these different models for CP that can be found in prebuilt CP chart in Golden Cheetah. As 2 parameter, 3 parameter and Extended CP models give for example different W’ values…Does the chosen one model have any effect for tss and tsb calculations on Cog (…) PMC modeling?
I have never used Golden Cheetar, so can’t really say. It would depend on how they have implemented my PMC.
No, modeled CP is not used in the calculation for TSS and TSB in any of the preset graphs or tables. CP follows Banister, and FTP is Coggan. TSB and TSS are calculated from your self-defined FTP parameter.
Yea, there is a box for W’ input too in user settings, that’s what got me kinda wondering.
“I don’t know why your screen capture shows 6 and 49.” >> Because I don’t know what default value of it
and I think 6:49 is appropriate for me. Sometimes I change it up so that the TSB is more in line with days when I feel think I near overtrain.
.
So I would like to know how to calculate the correct value selection.
The attached picture, I changed it to 7:42.
I take the average of the three models initially and adjust it based on actual efforts.
