If I have a 03;30:00 hard group ride in the diary, but I can’t go out, how do I switch that to an equivalent indoor session?

If you right-click on any of the workouts in your calendar, you’ll have the option to switch them to a different type of workout.

Those options you mention don’t come up for me, what I see is in the pics below.
If you log into your account on the web at Log In to TrainerRoad you’ll have that functionality.
It looks like you’re currently using the app which doesn’t have all of the same features as the web-based calendar.

That was an easy fix.
I wasn’t aware of those differences between the App and the Web. Is it better to use the Web most of the time then?
There are a lot of things you can do on the app, but if I’m doing any real work to my calendar, I’ll usually use the web…

Generally dev lands first in web, then shifts to mobile apps last - I believe, imho, that’s because people still have a preference for desktops and laptops in the US.
Planning, prep etc I do in the browser, training I do with the mobile apps.
