How to change TR WO days during from proposed (Tuesday-Saturday) to alternate days (Tuesday-Thursday)

I have a built a TR WO plan that suits my objective - twice a week, for 3 months (as I also do outdoor riding in summer on Saturdays.)

How can I change all the proposed WOs days from Tuesday-Saturday to Tuesday-Thursday before I create a TR WO calendar. I understand that I can move it ever week from from Saturday to Thursday. However, I am looking for something more stadard and scheduled on my calendar.

I figured it out by myself.

  1. Go to calendar
  2. Select a week on right-hand-side
  3. Click on “Training Days” (it will go grey; don’t worry) → Click on Edit Weekly Schedule"
  4. Click on a WO day that you wish to move to another day
  5. Drag the WO to another weekday where you would like to move it to
  6. Update/Save changes (all workouts will be moved from original weekday to the desired weekday
  7. Review and Update plan!!

Also if you use plan builder to set up your plan you can move your intervals days around on the “training schedule” page

For anyone else finding this thread, I usually just click on the title of my plan in the top left corner of the calendar page when logged in on the web.

From there, just click “Edit Plan” on the bottom right. There are a bunch of different ways to get there! :+1:
