I miss it when I am doing workouts without Chad’s voice pushing me on… (I know its just text!!!). It sure does a lot for me when I am getting guided, reminded or pushed by da coach. The other workouts seem a little blah without it.
I usually am watching races on eurosport when I am riding the trainer… But unless its a sprint at the end of the race Chad always has my attention… Even when I don’t want to do pedaling drills.
