Unless I am mistaken, Sierra +1 and Sonora +1 are identical.
Are there any more “identical twins” in the catalogue?

Hey @ivegotabike,
You might come across this from time to time and there is a reason for it, so don’t worry too much. These workouts shouldn’t ever conflict with each other. They’re used in different scenarios.
There was never any danger of me worrying about it at all, let alone too much!
Sierra +2 is an assortment of suprathreshold efforts consisting of 2x7 minutes at 105% FTP, 2x5 minutes at 108% FTP, 2x3 minutes at 115% FTP and 2x2 minutes at 121% FTP. Recoveries between intervals are a scant 2 minutes long.
Sonora +3 is an extended assortment of suprathreshold efforts consisting of 2x7 minutes at 105% FTP, 2x5 minutes at 108% FTP, 2x3 minutes at 115% FTP and 2x2 minutes at 121% FTP. Recoveries between intervals are 2 minutes long.
Is this another pair of identical twins? Well no, not quite. Sonora +3 is VO2 Max 8.7 / 105 TSS, but Sierra +2 is VO2 Max 9.0 / 106 TSS
The “all rides” tab shows no rides for Sonora +3.
