)but US Road Cycling continues its ‘hot streak’. Congrats to NEILSON POWLESS for chalking up a big win. I hear it was a thrilling race. Can’t wait to give it a watch.

I’ve been waiting on a Neilson Powless proper win ever since I saw him go for it up Gibraltar road in 2016 in the Tour of California when he was on Axeon-Hagens Berman dev squad.
It’s funny how much that attack sticks out in my mind and I’ve thought of him a lot over the past few years. He really struggled at JV and their training philosophy didn’t seem to suit his physiology.
Really great to see him take a big win at a world tour event.
They were not giving him a chance to outsprint the his break mates, but he did it! Great win.
