I'm trying to find or create a training plan to help me become a better climber on set days

I’m trying to find or create a training plan to help me become a better climber and want to train for 1 hour on a Mon, Wed, Fri and 1hr 30 min on a Sun and the plan to last six months, I cant find or create a plan that suits this, is it possible to do this and are you able to help me create this. it’d be great if it was planned similar to a masters type plan as I’m 54.

You can do most of it just using Plan Builder. Put in that you want the plan to end in 6 months. If you select the Low Volume plans p they have 3 workouts a week. The masters versions have two interval sessions a week. You can set up the days however you want - sounds like you should set the 90 minute workout for Sunday. I would do the other intervals on Wednesday or Friday while setting Monday as your endurance day so you’re not doing intervals back to back. For the 4th day you could either use TrainNow or pick an endurance ride and set that up on your calendar to repeat weekly, which is how I have my 4th riding day set up.
