Hi everyone
Having been practicing yin yoga for around five months, I am beginning to see benefits to my cycling and specifically the power transfer through my legs and being more comfortable when I do hard VO2max efforts.
I am keen to learn if there are others of you who practice yin yoga and what benefits, if any, you have seen.
Thanks!

Not yin yoga per se, but I notice that anytime I invest heavily in flexibilty and core (daily sun salutations, Tom Danielson’s core routine, foam rolling after every ride tec…), my power jumps and I feel significantly better on the bike. Maybe something similar?
A bit more specifically: without stretching and mobilizing my legs hurt at FTP and above, and feel like a limiter. With good flexibility and fiam rolling, my legs burn rather than hurt and it feels less like a limiter…
