anyone happen to know what point to measure the stem length on this thing? the bar is fatter in the middle than the sides - so not sure what the “center” is
(hoping to not unwrap the bar. there’s a label there. I dunno how to wrap yet and not up for a project.)

My Roval one is from the center of stem cap bolt to the middle of the handlebar depth. Yours looks like probably 11 cm. You can also usually look it up on manufacturer website (what stem length came on the build and frame size)
Have you checked to see if the bar maker has any dimensions & diagrams on their site?
As a rule, measuring from the top cap will not be a proper place to start. Side view starting at the center of the Stem Stack Height through the center of the bar top is most common.
