Over the last three weeks or so I have been having issues with the app not directly opening in iOS. Deleting and reloading the app would work for a few hours to a couple of days, then it would reoccur. Now today the app won’t allow a login no matter what I try.
Surely I’m not the only one having this issue? Support says it’s working on it but…? Any known work around?
I couldn’t find anything recent on the forum so I apologize in advance if this has been beat to death.
Same it was intermittent for a few weeks but it seems to be working as usual now.

Sorry to hear about the troubles you’ve been running into. I just got caught up on the support ticket we have open with you.
The issue you ran into here is an authorization issue. Any time we discover a bug that’s blocking athletes from doing a workout, it becomes our highest priority. We’re working on getting this one fixed and it’s currently the focus of our principal engineer.
We have a fix for this in testing at the moment, so if anyone else is encountering this issue, please let me or TR Support know and we can help get you set up with a beta version of the TR app that should be released this coming Monday!
