Have you:
Turned on Adaptive Training in your website control panel?
Added a plan to your calendar by using Plan Builder?
Performed an FTP test in TR, or updated your FTP?
Accepted suggested changes from AT as a result of the new FTP and related Progression Levels?
All of those are needed before AT will take a default plan and adjust it to match your current FTP & Progression Levels.

Thanks⌠Does it have to be via Plan Builder?
Yes, it MUST be PB because that is the ONLY way it will work right now.

Best to have a play around with PB going through various permutations of the responses at each step to see what comes closest to what you want.
For example: on the experience tab, choosing beginner gives you more base work while choosing expert gives you more build and speciality.

Actually⌠I had just been adding the training plans through the app, but it makes much more sense when you do this through the website. I didnât realise it offers me options to downgrade the default plan workout. This makes sense, looks very good actually!
