TRIATHLON PLAN, HALF DISTANCE, HIGH VOLUME, WEEK 3
When I look at the full plan, I see a 2h30’ LONG BASE RUN on Sunday.
Whereas my calendar don’t show this workout at all.
Chad has obviously smiled fondly on you this weekend.
I’d just go ahead and assume you completed it already and forgot.
Way to take initiative!!
Thanks for reporting this issue @joe73 . I have verified the issue and it looks like the Base Run was not properly added to the Calendar Plan.
We will be editing the plan to include the 2:30 min base run as soon as Support can get eyes on it. In the meantime, mentally prepare yourself for a big Sunday run .
