The best cycling YouTube show there is
Wow! This is a great find. Thanks for sharing. @Jonathan , great info, and kudos to your hosts for asking the right questions relevant to us amateur athletes.
This was an awesome listen. Felt more in depth about the secret sauce that TR is using than has been discussed in the past and hosted by 2 people very clearly not affiliated nor do they use TR. Well worth the 2 hours.
I know I posted it but a crying baby has stopped me getting past the first 30 minutes looking forward to it though.
If you’re not familiar with the Nero show work through the back catalogue, they’ve got some absolute gold.
It was a great episode!
Great show listen weekly,
These are my 2 favorite podcasts and my 3 favorite hosts!
Outstanding episode. I’ve been a Nero/Chris Miller fanboi for quite some time. The vlogs have improved each and every week. This one, featuring our own @Jonathan is one of their best. It felt more approachable than some of the AACC, and was a great chance to see a bit ‘behind the scenes’ at TrainerRoad. (Also, I think Jesse added fantastic commentary as a ‘human’ coach, and his relationship/coexistence with AI coaching)
Kudos to Chris, Jesse, and Jonathan for a great episode.
Also really loved this episode and have been a fan of all 3 people for a while now. Was really nice to see a down to earth and genuine Jonathan give his own opinion on things (like erg vs no erg or Z2 being overrated). Although it wasn’t a marketing piece, the episode actually got me back on TR from Xert.
That was an excellent podcast.
I listen to the Nero show here and there and quite enjoy it. This particular episode is probably their best yet though. Really good insight. Jonathan is a great guest.
Ditto to all above. I’ve barely listend to any cycling pods lately but thoroughly enjoyed this one at all levels.
Same
Well done!
Long but worth the watch
Love listening to the Nero Show whilst driving at work, this one was brilliant Jonathan you speak so well and are a credit to your company.
Nero show is a really good down to earth take on cycling tech, training and the culture in general. They do make some big claims at times for tech and bikes they’ve not tested / ridden however it’s done with a sort of 'dont take us too seriously ’ vibe they managed to pull it off.
It’s a refreshing podcast and this show with Johnathan is a belter. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for sharing this. Fun listen.
