I think a great upgrade to the app would be to allow a freeform workout where you just control the watts. Whilst the workouts are great there are plenty of days when I just want to hit start on the timer and set my watts. The Wahoo Fitness app has a great workout recording app which does exactly this but just for Wahoo trainers.

But the ‘Free ride’ only lets me adjust intensity as a % of FTP - If I want to jump from 150w to 350w thats a lot of screen jabbing. Maybe I am missing something but I would prefer not to have to create everything as a workout. Just ride
So set in resistance mode and do what you want.
