Levels are awesome!

My last two workouts have been spot on. Haven’t needed to stop during intervals and at the end I feel thoroughly worked without being destroyed.
I usually dread moving into Build phase but now I’m looking forward to lots more productive work with my plans!

For clarity, are you in the Adaptive Training beta, getting adaptations set based upon your individual Progression Levels?

Or are you manually handling workouts and reviewing Workout Levels against your RPE and results?

Just trying to frame and understand your experience more fully.

Im not in the beta. I’ve just accepted the changes they released to the plans. It all feels different now. Achievable, not impossible.

Yup, I feel the same with the new plans. The previous plan’s progressions killed me but the new levels appears to be spot on.
