So live segments were cool until strava disabled them on flat segments (even 0%), they’ve effectively nullified live segments for large swaths of flat farmland across the country. I used to notice this could be defeated by importing routes from strava, which would embed course points or something that would pop up - not the true “live segments” garmin feature but something like it. I often ride routes and miss placings by a second or two because I was unaware of the segment or didn’t know I needed to gain a single second to move up. Anyone know the proper combination of course/profile settings to have at least waypoint markers for segments during strava-imported courses on a Garmin? It’s really made doing segments with any kind of “how am I doing” feedback here in Indiana impossible.
