I´m thinking if there is any low cadence work or low cadence workouts in trainerroad. Especially training for cyclocross I would think those could benefit my abilities
I’ve never run across an entire workout that focuses on low cadence work, but many will do drills where you’ll be asked to change it over the course of the workout…
Keep in mind also that you are free to use WHATEVER cadence you wish. There’s no hard and fast rule that says you HAVE to keep it between 85-95rpm as many workouts suggest. I regularly do low cadence work (65-75 rpm) during threshold workouts to simulate a hill climb effort.
